Villa De Bondt als Filmlocatie
Villa De Bondt heeft door de jaren heen gediend als inspirerende filmlocatie voor tal van media- en cultuurprojecten. De unieke architectuur en sfeervolle uitstraling van de villa trokken de aandacht van zowel nationale als internationale productiehuizen.
In 1994 werd de villa vermeld in het boek The Wedding Collection van Pierre Loze en Guido Jan Bral, dat een hommage bracht aan bijzondere locaties. Ook in de geschreven pers kreeg Villa De Bondt ruime aandacht, met publicaties in onder andere De Standaard, Knack, Przekrój, Sabato en Décors.
De media wisten de locatie eveneens te waarderen: VRT, VTM en Vitaya brachten meerdere reportages en producties vanuit de villa. Zo was ze prominent aanwezig in de televisieserie De vloek van Vlimovost (2004), met acteerprestaties van Josse De Pauw, Barbara Sarafian en Antje De Boeck, in een productie van Patrick De Witte.
Ook de internationale filmwereld vond zijn weg naar Villa De Bondt. Een aantal scènes van de Nederlandse speelfilm De bankier van het verzet (2018), geregisseerd door Joram Lürsen, werden hier opgenomen.
Villa De Bondt as a Film Location
Over the years, Villa De Bondt has served as an inspiring filming location for numerous media and cultural projects. The villa’s unique architecture and atmospheric appeal have drawn the attention of both national and international production companies.
